Trading Card Boxes and Cases
Due to the volatility of the trading card market and rapid price changes, all sales of trading card boxes and cases are final. We may consider an exception if a return request is submitted on the same day the package is delivered. Returned items must remain factory-sealed and in their original condition.
Memorabilia
To protect the value and authenticity of autographed items, all memorabilia sales are final.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange for the item to be returned at no cost to you. A replacement will be issued if inventory is available.
Please do not open the shipping carton if you believe the contents may be damaged. We cannot accept returns for damage if the product packaging has been opened.
Damaged Cards or Manufacturer Errors
We are not responsible for manufacturer defects or production errors, including cards damaged during production or products containing fewer inserts or hits than advertised. These issues must be addressed directly with the product’s manufacturer.
