Return & Exchange Policy
Trading Card Boxes/Cases, Autographed Memorabilia – Due to market volatility and to protect the authenticity of certified autographed memorabilia, all sales of unopened trading card boxes and cases and all autographed items are final.
Single Cards – If the condition of a card is unsatisfactory, you may request a return or exchange by notifying us within 48 hours of receipt.
Game Used/Autos and Insert Ratios – Insert ratios are averages over an entire production run and are not guaranteed. Issues regarding content or quality must be directed to the manufacturer.
